1. Poor Internet Connection

Poor internet connection is one of the main mistakes most job seekers make and it can reflect that how prepare you are so make sure to have a good and fast internet connection

Make sure to use a mock test to test your internet connection in advance and if possible use a wired connection because the chance of disconnection in wired internet is less.

2. Unprofessional Background

Unprofessional background can damage your first impression so make sure to use a clean or virtual background.

The wall may have stickers or any personal photos that can be a distraction to make sure to remove if it becomes your distraction.

3. Not Testing Equipment Beforehand

One of the most important parts of preparing for a virtual interview is the test equipment and failing to do so can lead you to trouble.

Make sure to check your computer audio and video camera and update software if any update is available.

4. Lack of Eye Contact
