Key Responsibilities

Collaborate with Developers, Leads, Architects, Managers, and Business Teams.
Deliver high-quality Salesforce solutions in a timely manner.
Learn and adapt to build or enhance solutions on the Force.com platform.
Maintain and improve existing functionalities and systems.
Work with the data model and map it to different business processes.
Implement solutions that align with user requirements and expectations.
Perform impact analysis and suggest suitable technical solutions.
Participate in agile development practices and contribute to team sprints.
Troubleshoot, debug, and resolve issues in a timely manner.
Write clean, maintainable, and well-documented code.
Collaborate in code reviews to ensure best practices.
Stay updated with the latest Salesforce features and industry trends.
Communicate progress, challenges, and risks clearly with the team.
Participate in discussions to refine requirements and prioritize features.
Ensure technical documentation is accurate and complete.

Required Skills and Knowledge

1–2 years of experience in Salesforce Lightning platform development.
Strong understanding of Salesforce architecture and platform solutions.
Proficiency in Object-Oriented Programming concepts.
Experience in Salesforce customization and implementation.
Integration expertise using MuleSoft or Python.
Solid knowledge of Apex, Visualforce, and Lightning components.
Good understanding of Salesforce data models and process mapping.
Familiarity with modern software development practices.
Problem-solving and debugging capabilities.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Ability to work independently and in collaborative team environments.
Adaptability to learn new tools and technologies.
Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
